Returns

If your item is not fitting properly, or you are unhappy with it orders can be returned within 14 days of your order. Please e-mail info@minkas.com to request a return authorization.

Cancellation

Orders are usually shipped within the next business day. If you let us know within the next business day, your order can be cancelled. Please e-mail info@minkas.com to request a cancellation.

Method of Refund

Returned/Cancelled orders will be refunded through the same form of payment that you made for the purchase. On average, it takes 1-3 days to process a return once we receive the item back in our warehouse.

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods

All delivery charges on Returns will be at the cost of the customer.
